Here’s the math.
Displayed values use up to 9 significant digits. No rounding to syringe markings is applied.

Amounts in the calculated volume
| Compound | Concentration | Amount in volume |
|---|
A blend’s components cannot be adjusted independently. Changing the target changes the amount of every component in that volume.

Uses only the values you enter and assumes a uniform solution. It does not establish identity, purity, stability, compatibility, or suitability for human use. For prescribed medicines, confirm calculations with a pharmacist or clinician.
1 mg = 1,000 mcg · U-100: 1 unit = 0.01 mL
A little clarity.
How are singles and blends different?
A single uses one vial amount. A blend uses a separate amount for every component and one shared final solution volume. Choose one target compound; the results show the amount of all components in that same volume.
Does a 0.5 mL syringe change the U-100 conversion?
No. A U-100 syringe always has 100 units per mL. A 0.5 mL U-100 syringe holds 50 units; a 0.3 mL U-100 syringe holds 30 units. Capacity and concentration are different concepts.
Are my entries stored?
No. Calculations run in your browser. Calculator values are not saved or sent to the website’s server.
